Each player is permitted to hold only one active JL08 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. JL08 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, JL08 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL08 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify JL08 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. JL08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
JL08 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
JL08 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. JL08 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your JL08 account dashboard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). JL08 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. JL08 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
JL08 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where JL08 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the JL08 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). JL08 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly through the Platform.
JL08 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. JL08 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use the JL08 Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
JL08 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by JL08 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will remain in a restricted balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
JL08 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. JL08 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
All games available on the JL08 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
A bet is only valid and accepted once it has been confirmed by the JL08 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. JL08 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of JL08.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the JL08 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market. JL08 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, JL08 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, JL08 will refund the bet amount to the player's account. JL08 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to additional rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play betting. These rules are published within the sports betting section of the JL08 Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL08 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the JL08 Platform.
JL08's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL08 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JL08 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JL08 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JL08's liability for death or personal injury caused by JL08's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your JL08 account at any time by contacting JL08 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
JL08 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JL08 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if JL08 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In such cases, JL08 may withhold any balance pending investigation.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the JL08 Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
JL08 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with JL08, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
JL08 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
JL08 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with JL08 may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
